We’ll  introduce ourselves and explore your visions! We'll see what you are looking for in your event & invitations. Please use this occasion to share ideas, discuss your likes & preferences or ask any questions you might have about us or our process. We'd love for you to visit us at our studio (where treats await you) or we can meet by phone.

 

the bottom line

You will receive estimate and contract via email. Please sign the contract and return it along with a 50% deposit. We accept cash, money order & credit card (via paypal). All supplies for your order will be purchased after the 50% payment is received (once paper colors, textures and sizes are approved). At this time we request your invitation details/wording in a Word document.

 

let the good times roll...

This is where all the fancy stuff happens. We delve deep into "design land" to create works of art for your viewing pleasure. Based upon direction given during our consultation phase we will provide 1-3 sample concepts (sometimes we just can't help ourselves and end up giving you more. Additional proofs/changes will be subject to a fee of $20.00 each. If necessary, up to 3 revisions of the selected concept will be provided.

 

A final digital and/or physical proof of all components in your invitation package will be provided to you prior to the production phase. Final payment is now due. Please, carefully review this proof for spelling adjustments or errors and any final changes you may want to make to the wording. Once we receive your final approval no further changes can be made without incurring a fee (don't worry it's small). Also, please note that although we do proof your files Maria Loren Designs is not responsible for errors once final approval is given so please put on your super proofer hat.

shipping and delivery

Drumroll please...we are just as excited about handing over your invitations as you are about seeing them! Your orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise agreed upon. Or, we can arrange a pick up at out studio (where more goodies await).
